Keeping our community healthy and safe.

Board of directors of Concerned Citizens of Milford Township.

The Board is responsible for appointing officers and all governance matters of the organization, whose sole purpose is to stop the installation

of a Nuclear Irradiation facility in Milford Towhship.

Barbara Schloo

Barbara first became involved in the irradiation issue in late June when she read in the paper that the proposed irradiator was coming

to the township.  She is angered that the security, safety and property values of Milford Twp. residents has not been respected by our

government, both at the local and federal levels.  Barbara and her husband have been township residents for 3 ½ years. She works as

supervisor of the Property Preservation and Inspection Department for a company called Residential Real Estate Review, Inc.  Her company

orders and processes inspections, property securing and maintenance for properties which have been abandoned by mortgagors. Barbara

supervises a department of 20 employees. She is in daily contact with code enforcement officers throughout the country in large cities and

small towns in an effort to abate code violations.  Barbara’s prior experience is in management with companies such as Marriott Corporation

and BP North America. Barbara graduated from Lehigh Carbon College in 1998 with a 4.0 average with an AA degree in Liberal Arts/English

where she also studied nursing.  She was a member of Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society and was chosen as the Student

Ambassador to the college president.

from the proposed irradiator site.  He has been a resident of Milford Township for 8 years and currently sits on the interim board and is
currently chairperson of the fundraising committeee.  He would like to continue his endeavor to make Milford Township safe for the community
and his family.

agency, responsible for the financial records, internal control, general office management and communication with the board
of directors. She also volunteers at St. Luke’s Quakertown Hospital in the gift shop. Brenda hopes to preserve the quality of life
in Upper Bucks County as she has known it since childhood--an area safe to raise children and in which to retire with security.

Jack Sutton
Jack Sutton has lived in Milford Township for over 18 years.  He lives on Klines Mill Road, approximately 1.5 miles from the proposed
irradiator as the crow flies.  Jack is self-employed as a custom home builder, a profession he has pursued for over 30 years.  Jack
has build many single-lot custom homes in Milford Township and hopes to build many more in a safe community.  Jack has had business
dealings with Milford Township officials for over 20 years, and is extremely familiar with the ins and outs of township codes and
ordinances.  Jack has been instrumental in leading the township officials to adopt restrictions in attempts to block the irradiator from
being permitted in the township.  He is passionately looking forward to fighting this battle to the end, keeping the irradiator out of Milford
Township, and keeping the citizens safe.
